Cancellation, Child & Extra Bed Policy

  • All valid refund requests will be processed via cheques
  • No refunds will be entertained for any cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date.
  • For special occasions such as Diwali, Christmas, New Years etc. reservations cancelled 2 months prior will incur 25% cancellation charges on total package cost.
  • Reservations cancelled 15 days or prior to the check-in date will incur a 10% cancellation fee on the total stay charges (Total Package). If cancelled within 8 to 14 days prior to chek in date 25% cancellation fee will be applicable on the total stay charges (Total Package).
  • An extra bed will be provided to accommodate any child included in the booking for a charge mentioned below.
