Our journey began in 2006. We, Ritoo and Rajan Anand used to go camping in the hills of Mulshi with our kids and our German Shepard. A couple of times we pitched our tent near the stream there and chanced upon a barren plot. What seemed like an unlikely location quickly revealed its immense potential.
With love, patience, and dedication, we transformed the land into a family-run retreat, supported by our trusted caretaker, Mahavir. Having been with us since the beginning, Mahavir knows every inch of the property and his warm hospitality makes him the perfect host.
Temgarh wasn’t built in a day. It grew organically, much like a garden—cultivated with care, patience, and passion. Today, Camp Temgarh boasts a grand bungalow, Ten cozy cottages, dormitories, lush lawns, a refreshing swimming pool, charming gazebos, play areas, and a lovely semi-open dining hall.
But we’re not done yet. Our journey of growth continues as we strive to expand and enhance the experience we offer, always with one goal in mind: to provide the very best hospitality and make every guest feel like part of our extended family.

The food quality is excellent with good variety and options to suit different tastes, and the proximity to a fresh water stream adds to the peaceful, refreshing experience. Special shout-out to Rakesh Das and Mahavir, who ensured we were comfortable throughout our stay and took extra care of us with truly great service. Highly recommended for a relaxed and enjoyable escape.
